A longer rear taper allows for long-distance casting and extended line control while the aggressive weighting of the line makes turning over large/heavy rigs easier. This line is made for just about any anadromous rig imaginable and the AST PLUS slickness additive makes things even easier. Size up one size for use with a switch rod.
