We made our bait meatier to accommodate a bigger hook, and a screw-in weight. This bait is typically fished weightless Texas-style. Cast the worm around shallow cover and give it gentle twitches with your rod tip, keeping your rod tip down low to the water. This gives the Mega Wand a darting, erratic action that drives bass wild. You can rig this bait wacky style by sticking an exposed hook through the middle of it and casting the bait out, letting it sink. The Mega Wand can also be Carolina rigged.
